Let’s start the tram together! – Flash Mob (20th December, 18 hrs)
We warmly welcome all festival visitors to the corner of Király str. and Csányi str. from where light brought by fire jugglers and the visitors themselves will accompany the artists to Klauzál square, where the ceremonial painting of the tramway will begin. After the first few brush strokes and the short festival-opening speech we light the first candle together! Bring your lights!
Fixed rail – temporary memorial inauguration

From 1911 to 1914, tram no. 2 went through Klauzál square. It was exactly 100 years ago, when this section of the long tramway was given to the public. It came from Nyár street, passed through the park-like square and went away on Csányi street. Passed by Vásárcsarnok which was then constructed 15 years ago, transported the people of the marketplace. The line survived the First World War and was even in business at the beginning of the second one. Fixed rail is a temporary memorial. It reminds us of the 20th century of Klauzál square.
