Even though the band consists of jazz musicians, it’s not a regular jazz band. Jazz means rather a basic attitude, musical thinking and structuring genre, within which a variety of other styles are mixed. Songs vary from absolute mainstream (Don Nino), to modern songs (The Next Song), hip-hop (Breakin' The Day), klezmer-jazz (Esther) and much more. The trio requires the professional, educated, open and sensitive joint work of the members, which is achieved in the LD3 to a full extent.

21:00 Kardos – Tomor – Molnár Trio – Introduction concert
The idea of the formation has first come up in early 2011 but has only gained its present form in the second part of the year, in the month of November. The common ground of genres is what makes it work: jazz, pop, afro, reggae and eastern melodies are mixed. Aside from self written pieces, some old favorites will also be heard.

21:00 Gyóccerda – Hanukkah Special
The two standard figures in the concerts happening every other week are Mátyás Premecz (keys) and Márk Badics (drums). Every time, they are accompanied by two exceptional musicians for a jazz based improvisation session. The outcome is always different: none of the concerts are the same. For the occasion of Hanukkah, they prepare with a special guests artist.
